Zombie Dreams.

It turns out I am not the only one who had zombie dreams all last night. Anyone else?

Not that I think it's prophetic or anything.It's just one of those interesting coincidences....

As it happens, I dreamed of a friend and I fighting off a zombie horde with unconventional weapons last night. Weird.

Wow. That makes three...

I was fighting off zombie hordes with the dream-provided boyfriend... who somehow always ended up with the better weapons and then would be off doing something else while I was trying to kill zombies with a corkscrew. I swear, the next time I see that dream-guy I'm gonna dump him!

The one I recall the best wasn't what I would describe as a nightmare. Twas very Shawn Of the Dead-like. We had vinyl records, baseball bats, obsession for Men/lighters, and whatever else was in a backyard shed that I don't recongnize and I was with people I don't know in the real world but they seemed to like me ok as a fellow zombie fighter.

The zombies were just sort of slow moving and comical. We owned them.

My zombies weren't particularly nightmarish either. Obviously the annoying dream-bf was an issue, but I can fight zombies with a corkscrew!

I know I got bitten once but the zombie failed to break the skin. Stupid annoying zombie bites!

I dreamt I was on K Street in D.C., but it looked really run down; and I made a joke about Tom Delay leaving.

There might have been zombie lobbyists after that, but I don't remember.

If there were lobbyists, there's a good chance at least a few were zombies. Or some other man-eating creature.

I dreamt that I was playing a role-playing game with old friends who I haven't seen in years. It was kind of Exalted-esque though and I think we were fighting zombies.

Nope, I was in a Depeche Mode small-venue acoustic concert dream last night, where they invited me to sing a song and were perplexed and annoyed that I chose "Walking in My Shoes" cos they can't do that one very well acoustic.

I am at a loss as to what my subconscious was trying to convey there.

They weren't zombies, they were troll looking monsters chasing my friends and I through underground tunnels (much like the catacombs). One stopped to look back and grabbed my hand at the last second to get through a pipe rather than be crushed.
