Well, I have parts now, and I've put them together...mostly... but it is not one with the working yet. :P I am at an internet cafe asking the google gods for help. For a while, it was just turning on for half a second and then turning itself off in dispair, which scared the hell outta me.

I am not sure where the floppy drive plugs in, and the previous owner of me aquired computer parts assures me that if I run the driver off that floppy the motherboard will find my hard drives and that's a good thing. I also need to set up the Wi-FI, and I have it on good authority that the setup disk provided with my wireless card is a big shiny turd.

There are also fricken buttloads of LEDS and lights and fans inside so working out which power lines from the supply go where have been an adventure.

Anyway, no home net yet, no working computer yet. :P I have this story banging around in my head, and I handwrite so much slower than I type...

I write much slowerr than I type too- assuming you want something llegible by most people. My typing isn't all that fast either though...
