Yeah, yeah it will. I won't be trying to drive on non flattish surfaces in the rain until I can afford to do so. Bright side, it's summer, and I don't need the car for much right now.
It was raining, I guess? Tires. Gotta look at those things. (Quoth I, who discovered at midnite last night that my rf tire was near flat from a nail, just in time for jury duty early this morn...)
Me too! It was 11pm so there wasn't anyone behind me. That helped a lot. I was able to get onto the freeway via stopping the car, putting on the e-brake and then starting to go forward and taking the e-brake off once the wheels had some traction.
I learned that there are markings on tires to let you know when they need to be replaced. Who'd have thunk?!
Also, you now get to have the fun of rotating the tires! Hopefully whoever you buy them from will do that for free. The place where I got mine rotates and fixes flats for free. Very cool.
I recommend Discount Tire. I've been at 2 locations and they were nice at both, and cheap enough. I lost a piece of back tire on I5 near Northridge; that was scary.

Hell on the e-brake, I'm sure.
